My Sweet Angel

You are my Angel from above,

God sent a messenger disguise as a dove.

To tell me about the gift that I shall receive,

And warned me to always be faithful and never deceive.

That God has sent for me to love.

He took special care with the gifts he gave you,

He made your heart sweet and tender, your soul pure and true.

We were destining to fall in love.

Two hearts to join as one,

Two souls to be reborn.

The one and only that I shall ever love.

Together we will make a happy home,

And never again will we ever be alone.

From God to me with all His love.

Never far from His heart,

God will be there with us; we will never be alone.
